by the contours
of
what resists it,
what
it resists.
Unseen,
it smooths
and
roughens
in
simultaneous swirls,
depending
upon its mood.
Wraps
itself before
dissipating,
disappearing,
its
shape defined
by
absence, loss
before
arrival.
